I've built businesses centered around solving problems others walk away from. Whether it's purchasing distressed homes, helping homeowners move forward without costly repairs, or revitalizing neighborhoods one property at a time. My goal has always been simple: leave everything better than I found it.

I've renovated more than 100 homes throughout the Pittsburgh area and continue investing in communities by creating quality housing while helping homeowners navigate difficult situations with honesty and integrity.

As a licensed PA realtor since 2018, I give every seller a real choice: sell for cash as-is, or list on the MLS for maximum exposure. You deserve both options. Not just the one that's easiest for me.

Outside of real estate, I'm the author of I Built the House He Broke Me In, a memoir that shares my personal journey through narcissistic abuse, healing, and rebuilding a life stronger than before. My hope is that readers realize they are not alone, and that healing is possible.
