You have enough on your plate
A house you don't want anymore can feel heavy. Maybe it belonged to a parent and it's still full of their things. Maybe it needs more work than you want to put into it. Maybe you're moving for a job, downsizing, or you're simply done being a landlord.
You don't have to fix it, empty it, or keep it spotless for strangers. I'll buy it as it stands, and I'll be straight with you the whole way.

A small borough with a lot going for it
Castle Shannon is a compact borough of about a square mile and a half, tucked between Mt. Lebanon, Bethel Park, Whitehall and Baldwin. The town grew up around the railroad that first linked it to Pittsburgh in the 1870s, and the trains still matter here. The T stops at Castle Shannon station, where Castle Shannon Boulevard meets Mount Lebanon Boulevard.
The whole borough uses the 15234 ZIP code. Most of Castle Shannon is in the Keystone Oaks School District, with Myrtle Elementary right in town, and a small part is in the Bethel Park School District.
Castle Shannon is one of the twelve South Hills towns where I buy. I also buy in Dormont, Mt. Lebanon, Upper St. Clair, Bethel Park, South Park, Baldwin, Whitehall, Pleasant Hills, Jefferson Hills, Peters Township and West Mifflin.
