About Bethel Park
Bethel Park is a borough in Allegheny County, roughly seven miles south of the city, and it takes its name from Bethel Presbyterian Church. Pennsylvania Route 88 and U.S. Route 19 carry most of the traffic, and the South Hills Village mall anchors the shopping. The Blue, Red and Silver light rail lines all stop at the Washington Junction park and ride on Library Road, and the Silver Line also stops at the West Library park and ride. Public schools belong to the Bethel Park School District.
Peeling paint, an old roof or a basement full of boxes will never scare me off. Leave it just the way it is.

It is, and it's one of my twelve South Hills towns. I bought and renovated a home on Forest Rd there, and I buy houses in whatever condition they're in.
Will money come out of my sale for fees?
Not a cent. There is no commission and there are no fees, and I cover the closing costs myself.
What if the house is full of stuff or needs work?

Most of Bethel Park is 15102, and some border streets carry 15234, 15236 or 15241. Every one of them is inside my area.
