Selling the usual way can wear you down
Listing a house often means fixing things first, keeping every room spotless, and leaving whenever a showing pops up. Then you wait, hope the buyer's loan goes through, and pay a commission at the end. For a lot of homeowners, that just isn't realistic right now.
Maybe you're settling a loved one's estate. Maybe you're moving closer to family, or a rental has become more trouble than it's worth. Whatever your reason, I'll treat you with respect and give you a straight answer.
How selling to me works
Tell me about the house
Call, text or use the form. Share whatever you know about the property. It's free, and there's no pressure.Get my cash offer
I'll explain how I got to my number and answer any question you have, so nothing feels like a mystery.Pick your closing date
The calendar is yours. Closing costs are mine, and your proceeds stay commission free.
See the kind of work I take on
These are homes I renovated in other towns. Gutted kitchens and cluttered basements don't scare me, and when you sell to me, the fixing becomes my job instead of yours.

Whitehall, one of my 13 towns
Whitehall is a home rule borough in Allegheny County. It became its own municipality in 1948, after separating from Baldwin Township, and its first council met that January. Route 51 and Brownsville Road are the main roads through town. The borough's municipal complex sits off Route 51 on Borough Park Drive, home to the Whitehall Public Library, the community pool and tennis courts. Students attend the Baldwin Whitehall School District.
Your house can stay exactly as it is. Leave the repairs, the boxes and anything else you don't want, and I'll handle it after closing.
Besides Whitehall, I buy in Baldwin, Bethel Park, Castle Shannon, Dormont, Mt. Lebanon, Upper St. Clair, South Park, Pleasant Hills, Jefferson Hills, Peters Township and West Mifflin.

Kind words from a seller
"Tara and Todd make an incredible team for selling a neglected home. They saw the potential in our once beautiful property and made the process easy and smooth. Their professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail really impressed us. They guided us every step of the way and turned our vision into reality."
